The national team now seeks an experienced and results-oriented Bond Coach to guide the Oranje XV toward consistent success within Europe’s elite rugby ranks.

This pivotal role involves more than just tactics and training it’s about building a winning culture. The next head coach will collaborate closely with top domestic players, leading club coaches, and the Technical Director to continue developing the nation’s high-performance program and strengthen the pathway from Ereklasse to international competition.
